- High energy dance based fitness that is fairly easy to follow. Mostly latin based rhythms true to the Zumba curriculum (cumbia, salsa, reggaeton,and merengue)but other styles may also be used. Focus on fun and movement so the choreography is basic. Class ends with a standing cool down stretch. Fun and effective! Should be at least 16 or over to take this class or accompanied by parent. Intensity and pace vary throughout the class using fast and moderate tempos for a "interval" type effect.
